  1. According to the current tax record for the little parcel, the house was built in 1900. So… When was the house rebuilt and why doesn’t the tax office know about it? Was the work permitted? Who was “the lady”? For that matter, who was Mr. Welch, and did he have the authority to give her the land? Was the property *legally* subdivided? So. Many. Questions!
