The mission of the Virginia Land Title Association (VLTA) is to promote communication and to provide education throughout the real estate and title insurance industries. The mission includes promoting standards and regulations that increase the effectiveness of the industries. Legislative initiatives and educational programs are primary aspects of the VLTA’s work. Leadership in ethical practices and standards is an integral part of its members’ business, within and outside of the VLTA.
