We are excited to share that All-Virginia Title & Escrow, Inc. has expanded with the opening of our second office in Martinsville, Virginia.
This new location allows us to better serve clients, REALTORS®, lenders, attorneys, builders, and developers throughout Martinsville, Henry County, and the surrounding communities while continuing to provide the personalized service, professionalism, and attention to detail that have been the foundation of our company.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the title and settlement industry, we remain committed to delivering exceptional title and escrow services for residential and commercial purchases, refinances, construction loans, land transactions, and escrow services.

Colleen Taylor Retirement
Colleen Taylor has retired from the industry on May 15th. She began her career 36 years ago (!) as a Construction Risk Analyst for Lawyers Title Insurance Company in Norfolk, Virginia. After that, she ran an agency for a Top 10 builder, and most recently served as an Agency Representative for Old Republic Title.
She will miss everyone, but is off to sunny climates and tropical flora and fauna!
