Supporting the PAC, one member-made contribution at a time.

This year, we’re inviting VLTA members to help bring our 2026 Annual Convention theme, Use the Technology; Be the Human, to life through the PAC Silent Auction.

Rather than focusing on traditional auction items, we’re celebrating the creativity, craftsmanship, and generosity of our membership by featuring handmade items, homegrown goods, creative works, gift baskets, and personally provided services or experiences donated by members.

Think of it as a Members’ Market—a showcase where every contribution reflects the unique talents and passions of the individual behind it. Each auction item will be displayed alongside a brief donor story, giving attendees the opportunity to connect not only with the item, but with the member who created or donated it.

Whether you enjoy woodworking, quilting, baking, photography, painting, jewelry making, gardening, or have a professional skill or experience to share, we’d love to feature your contribution. Every donation—large or small—helps support the PAC’s advocacy efforts while highlighting the incredible talent within the VLTA community.

Our goal is to showcase member-made donations each month leading up to the 2026 VLTA Annual Convention, highlighting the talent within our community.

Ready to Participate?

Getting involved is easy:

1. Choose a handmade item, homegrown good, gift basket, service, or experience to donate.

2. Complete the Online Donation Form with a brief description, estimated value, and a short bio about yourself.

3. Coordinate delivery of your donation before the October deadline.

Every contribution helps create a silent auction that’s as unique as our members—and helps strengthen the advocacy efforts that support our industry.
