VLTA 2026 Advocacy Day & Legislative Reception

January 20–21, 2026 | Richmond, Virginia

Make your voice heard at the Capitol! Join the Virginia Land Title Association for our annual Advocacy Day, a cornerstone event where VLTA members come together to champion the issues that shape our industry and protect property rights across the Commonwealth.

VLTA Advocacy Day is an impactful, collaborative, and empowering event where Virginia’s title professionals unite to engage directly with legislators, advocate for industry priorities, and strengthen the voice of the land title community.

Legislative Reception (Optional) – Tuesday, January 20th | 5:00 PM
Richmond Omni Hotel | $25 per person

Kick off Advocacy Day the night before by connecting with colleagues, partners, and legislative officials in a relaxed and engaging setting.

This reception is a great opportunity to network ahead of your time at the General Assembly and to prepare for the discussions ahead. While optional, VLTA strongly encourages attendees to participate.
